General Product Description

Hydralyte Sports Lemon Lime Flavoured Effervescent Electrolyte helps restore body electrolytes, relieves muscle cramps & symptoms of dehydration and helps enhance exercise performance. High in electrolytes and low in sugar.

 

Directions For use

13 years to adult: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200mL fresh water. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
