Directions for Use

Adults:Add 14 g (approx. 2 tbsp.) to food or beverages. Can be added to breakfast cereals, yoghurt, smoothies, taken with a meal or consumed on its own with water. Consume immediately, may thicken on standing.
14 g is equivalent to 3 g beta-glucan.
