From the makers of Telfast, Telnasal Allergy Spray can help prevent hayfever symptoms including congestion, runny nose and sneezing.Telnasal Allergy Spray contains the active ingredient Mometasone Furoate. This belongs to a family of medicines called corticosteroids, which are used to help reduce inflammation to manage hayfever symptoms such as congestion, runny nose and sneezing.

After it is sprayed in the nasal cavity, Mometasone furoate binds to receptors to promote anti- inflammatory activity to manage hayfever symptoms when using as a treatment, or to help stop symptom development when used for prevention.

Directions for Use

Adults & Children 12 years of age and over: The usual recommended dose is two sprays in each nostril once daily. It may take 1-2 days for full effect.

Once symptoms are controlled, reducing the dose to one spray in each nostril may be effective for maintenance.
